Default MPG confusion

hello, im confused how i am getting 16 mpg highway (70 mph about) and just getting 9-10 mpg city.
is this a normal drop from highway to city? what could be shot that would show this type of decrease?

-open for suggestions on how to increase gas and performance

just replaced, air filter and o2 sensor and used sea foam, using 89 gas

Hey Wasap, Im getting better MPG using 91 gas, maybe you can try that, check your tire presure, aligment and very important, every time you work in your truck, just like you do, reset your computer to adjust to new parameters. I get the same MPG than you, but in the past i get 8.5 city and 13 highway. i hope this help you.
