Would love to do the window tint (and I can to an extent) but the front windows can't have any tint at all. My buddy had his tinted and a cop pulled him over 3 days later and handed him a $211 fine.
you guys have a no tint law? man thats harsh. most states allow some sort of tint on the fronts, even a light 30% would make a little difference, sucks your buddy got pulled over. Just sneak the hood in I'm sure she'll never notice the giant scoop on the front

Yea believe me. I wish I could throw some sort of tint on the fronts so it would at least somewhat blend with the rear passenger windows and eventually the back window. I think she would notice the hood since as it sits now she is head level with the hood (my ol lady is short ). Maybe if I lift it then do the hood... Nah she's still gunna notice something isn't exactly right. Oh well guess I will just hide at work so as to not haveta get yelled at too much

Yup kinda just dove in head first (thank you so much fellow Z members ) after I found this site. I am wrapping them in Firestone Destination M/T 315/70r17's. Cannot wait cause it will be in about a month or two that the suspension gets the slight mod for the tires and wheels. Probably late summer for the full lift.

Well I know I have been talking about DC-2's and how I want to get a set.. That may be changing though. It seems everyone and their brother around my town are starting to get them. Hell I even saw a Ford (pardon me while a gag) with them on it. They are a great looking wheel but dammit I don't want to have something everyone else has. So I did some looking around and I do believe I found a different set of wheels they I like. That being said I am going to keep my mouth shut and leave it at that because it never fails I mention something then I start seeing it pop up EVERYWHERE lol. Also lets add to the let down of the day that I was unable to get the headers done today due to the bossman sayin I need more people to run jobs so I got to go into work instead of the shop so it is looking like Saturday is the day for headers. That being said I do believe my update is done. I think I am going to go de-badge my truck since my boss's horribly busy day ended up getting shut down due to the rain. Granted I will give him credit since he offered to be my chauffeur Friday and Saturday so as that I can get my headers installed. Though I think that is in part because he loves seeing all the mods I have done and am doing to this truck.

Hadta take off work today due to putting my back out Though to make it a good day I dived into debadging my truck

This is my workstation, I had an audience lol

Emblems off and sticky stuff still there... I hate this stuff, as do my fingernails

Goo Gone bath

Driver side all done

Passenger side all done, take note off giant coffee cup

I ended up using Mean Green along with the Goo Gone. I don't advise it because after I had used it for a while and was amazed at how well it worked I decided that I should probably read the bottle and it says do not use on painted surfaces. Am going to let the rain run over the truck today and then going to wash her down after work and put a coat of wax on after. Next mod to come tomorrow also hopefully then another one planned in about three weeks.

Well I moved the pics in my Photobucket page and now they aren't showing up and for some reason it won't let me edit the above post sooo.. I got some different pics of the truck being de-badged . Also decided to put the headers on hold since Autozone is unable to get parts in even after a week when they were supposed to be in (my O2 sensors) . So these showed up today and I decided I will go forward with my lift and tires and wheels instead and do the headers later on...

What showed up today...

And as promised here is some pics of the de-badged HEMI

Stay tuned for a major face-lift on the truck.. Also will be revealing the name for my truck since everyone has to name their truck lol

We're supposed to name our truck?!?! Haven't thought of one, think I'll stick with Beastie for the time being. I can't wait to see that truck up on those Rancho's
