Default keeping new wheels clean??

hey i just purchased fuel hostage wheels. Since i live in an area where winters can be kinda rough. What is best way to keep looking good from the snow and salt that they put on the roads??. I hate for them to get messed up.

ok thanks. I am not planning on running them too much just gotta get through this winter, i have a winter truck i plan on using next year but got some work to do to it. So wont be up and running until nxt winter then i will just park my ram. I heard different suggestions on how to keep them from getting too scuffed up from the winter.

I believe there are a few items some shops use when they winterize a vehicle where they essentially wax the wheel very heavily to build up a protective layer.

no problemo...hope you find it! i know two places that carry it (one in US and one in Canada..PM if you need the site). The sonax is expensive but awesome..i used it in the fall for a good cleaning then tossed on the wheel wax...awesome so far...

I ran custom wheels on an H2 I had through a few winters, heavy coat of spray wax does wonders. I have heard guys who spray silicone on them too and that seems to be somewhat effective.
