Default Dog Tracking!

So the truck started to pull to the right, noticed it after bringing it out to the mud pits (great idea at the time... cleaning up the mud in the driveway however took me a week, then another week in the doghouse). I thought my alignment might have been off a bit.. pretty sure I screwed that up, cuz I tried doin it myself.. I measured the space between the front of the tires, on the same tread line, versus the back of the tires, and it was off about a 1/4".. ok, easy enough, adjusted the camber about 1/8", measured again, lined up perfect.. no change to my pull though.. so I messed with the castor until I could drive straight with the wheel straight at least.. my reference marks have since washed off, so now I have no idea where they were originally set..
before I get yelled at, yes, I know that was dumb.. trust me, ill spend the 65 bucks next time..
anyways, no relief.. tires are all at good Psi, no abnormal wear patterns.. my buddy was drivin behind me and said that I was dog tracking... there's lies my pull problem.. so does anyone have any advice on some things I need to check? I know the center pin needs to be checked, along with the ubolts.. but is there any measurements I can do to see if the axles are out of line?
