Thanks for explaining tsb !

Yes I agree I knew it would be more in gas but I'm getting anywhere from 240km-350km a Tank which is crazy and I am driving light on the "Happy" pedal (lol not by choice but till I figure this out trying to remove that from the issue) and driving on fairly flat terrain city/highway. She used to what your getting when she had less the 3500km and has been getting progressively worse. Now she has 7689km and its crazy. I'm going to try some of the suggestions on this thread but looks like I'm heading back to the dealership for round two.

Anyway thanks again

I am having similar issues, the reason I posted this thread. Read previous posts and check some of the suggestions as they may help you too. I am still getting brutal mileage to a full 121L tank I've been getting at worst 240km to the best in the last 6 months of just below 400km. (and that was only once) my truck used to be better when I first got her and that's another reason I am concerned. Good luck sounds like we have the same problem.

Yes it's a heavy truck the problem is my mileage is getting worse my truck was better on gas fully loaded four kids pulling a trailer. That's the issue she is lighter then that trip has a more broken in engine 7700km compared to 1000 and I'd be thrilled IF I was getting 18/20 it's more like 30/35. That's the issue at hand.

Good luck with the dealer hope you get further then I did. They tried telling me this was normal not sure how 240km out of 121L is good. Anyway I'm recording all my mileage and how many liters I buy for my truck so when I call Chrysler I'll have a record.

Please post any answers you get if you don't mind.

Hey SNFLWR, another thing you may want to try, unhook the negative battery terminal and let it sit for about 2 hours then hook it back up. This will reset the truck's computer and may help out with the mileage. Other than that, maybe they can re-flash your computer at the dealership with any updates?? Let me know if that helps..

I have the same 4x4 truck but Lone Star Trim. Truck has 1200 miles on it now and my MPG/AVG is about 15.1 EVIC, I am happy with it. Something is wrong with your truck, insist with the dealer to look and fix it.

The numbers for the 4x4 are not correct. Curb weight is 5478.00 lbs. A 1500 lb diff would be more then 1 - 2 MPG.

I am getting 13 city and 21 highway in my 2011 CC 1500 sport 4x4.
