Default Are those black rubber spacers okay to put on front coils

Hi I want to put those black rubber spacers on my front coil springs. I do have a plow on my truck so I hope this easy fix will stiffen front end and not make front end sag as much with plow on. Are those spacers okay to use without causing any damage to front end coil springs

Yes they are ok to use. They will not stiffen the front end up at all because they don't change the spring rate, they just raise the front end up. I am not sure how much the plow weighs or how much it pulls the front end down, but they will take care of some of the sag....2" spacer will raise it just that, 2''.
Another option is buying leveling struts such as the Bilstein 5100's
