Default How are the bilstein 4600 series front shocks

Hi there , I was wondering how the bilstein 4600 front shocks are compared to the 5100 series shocks . How is the ride with them ?

you should go with the 5100's. not only do they ride well but they will also level the front of the truck. I have them and its a definite improvement over stock.

i like having my truck having the front a little lower than the rear. another reason we go camping a lot and i tow a 5,000 pound camper and if i level the front with the 5100 shocks when i hook my camper up to my truck i do not want my trucks rear be lower than the front because i leveled the truck . atleast when i hook camper up my truck looks level going down the road.also i was told that the right way to level truck is to do it with bigger coil springs if your truck has them because by not doing it that way you put to much weight and abuse to shock when you could of put that weight and abuse on the springs
