Any offset that places the inner lip of the wheel at the stock location or out (lower offset). As wheel width increases/decreases the offset needed will change. So with a 9.5" wide wheel you would need and offset 0f +12 or lower to have the same inner clearance. Since you are going to run a 285 tire you will be fine. If you were to run a wider tire you might need a spacer. I would look for a wheel that has a -0- off set to -20mm offset if you want a wider stance and the tire to stick out a little.

Cool. I'd prefer it to stick out as little as possible so I'll look for something closer to a -0- offset.

Thanks again for your help...now just need to save some more pennies
