Slight tick and a cylinder misfire sure sounds like either a loose/bad/burnt/dirty/oily plug wire, with the associated spark "snap" noise. clean the wires in the affected area, one at a time, to keep from mis-reinstalling them. liberal use of wd-40 on a rag, slip the wire thru the rag, gently squeezing the rag around the wire generally cleans 'em up nicely, and wd on plug wires is always a good idea, keeps insulation good, in my experience. Good Luck!!
