Default Cat question

Hey fellas....my sister's '04 with the 3.7L 6 is throwing a code for a failing cat. I've found aftermarket cats for less than $100, so that's not the problem. I don't have access to the truck as my sister lives out of town. So my question is this...is the cat for the 3.7 welded or bolted on? If it's bolted I'm going to have it shipped here and throw in on for her. If it's welded I'm having to shipped to her place and sending her to a muffler shop for the install.

BTW...this is the cat I was looking at. Seem ok to you guys? It's the second one down. http://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/200...converter.html

Thanks for any help.
