Here is a pic of what I am talking about...Hope this helps, I have searched high and low on internet to try and figure this out....I am down my truck right now and want to get this job done. The rubber hose going to distribution block on the axle is held on with a metal clip. Any help with this is greatly appreciated..

What you need is the mounting bracket that couples the lines together. The diagram shows the piece (on the left attached to the frame), but unfortunately I could not find a definitive part number tied to that part you need. It looks like a dealership or a chrysler/dodge parts supplier could probably get that part. If anyone here knows what the part number is, you might be able to order it online. Im going to keep looking and see if I can find it.

Here is what I found. Make sure you verify that these part numbers are in fact for the parts you need. The Hose with T is expensive!

52009575AE - Hose, rear brake with Tee
52008966 - Bracket, mounting, rear brake hose
52009641AA - Adapter, Brake Hose

Your dealer should be able to look up these numbers and verify that they are in fact the right parts, and can likely show you a picture of them to further aid in verifying.

Yes, that picture shows the way that 99.9% dodges where made, of course i have the stupid .01% that I think they where experimenting with and changed some things, think I'm gonna have to change my distribution block on the axle and change the type of line going up to the frame........not sure quit what I need but I am going to research doing that on the net now...apparently they don't make the easy and cheaper way for me to get thru this stupid thing......love my Dodge but this is a pain in the ass. Next project is the big one (heads got small fracture) and it will probably be easier...

That page is in Russian, and the part numbers agree with the ones I posted.

Yea after looking at this more and more, I think this is my set up, I just think mine is so rusted and corroded that it came apart not in the manner it was suppose to and doesn't quit look like this, I think the long needle looking line part is suppose to remain part of the brake hose with T comming up from axle, and that is rusted into what they are calling an adapter, and what they are calling a junction must of been attached to line somewhere behind gas tank where it was completely all rusted out and I just was abondoning and leaving back there avoiding dropping the tank....so I am gonna buy junction and adapter and see if I can put some heat to this piece I have and get needle looking line that goes to hose off here somehow....think I will wait to see what parts look like when I get them to make sure my theory is correct in my head .....lmfao....Thanks everybody for time and effort helping out..GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
