Default Shifter stuck in Reverse

I have a 2011 dodge Ram 1500 ST, last friday I drove in 4x4 for 45 minutes to work, when I pulled into the parking lot I came to a stop and switched out of 4x4 and when to put the shifter into reverse, the shifter would not move into reverse, I was able to force it into reverse and then the shifter would not shift into park. I then forced it back into drive and I drove it to the dealer, the dealer hooked it up to the computer and said there is nothing wrong with the truck because there are no error codes. I would not expect that there would be any error codes for this type of issue and the shifter seems to be moving fine now. Has anyone else had this issue?
