That is a pretty bold statement. There are tons of speaker manufacturers that would leave MTX in the dust for the same if not less money...
I have had the others and have never had another brand that holds up, many that have hit harder or deeper but they simply weren't comparable (w7 and solo-baric, and a brief stint with a type x) to the 4500 round 10's. We installed the MTX squares after my brother's SL7s blew and have not had any issues and they sound better. This is also pairing the speakers with the amps the manufacturers built to drive them, so the amps weren't the issue. In my experience MTX has been the best in terms of performance per $ and longevity. I've been running these for over 6 years off and on, they were the first subs I bought and I used them to "fill in" between high powered components. They just plain work, sound great, and last.
