Default Ford 30lb injectors?

I'm looking for a set of injectors for my 408 build and lots of sites are saying that the 4 hole ford injectors are able to be used with my ECU but I'm not sure if this is the case or if 30lb is enough. Anyone know if ford injectors are useable and if 30lb is enough?

Its tough to make informed decision I know the fords will work with your ecu and the 30lb. would be plenty imo, but i would discuss it with the person who so doing the custom tune.

Might not relate to your build, but Kenne Bell supplies 36 lb injectors with the supercharger kit for the 4.6 build. 281 cubes vs your 408. You might be good with the 30's for N/A build, but adding a supercharger requires a lot of fuel. If your going the SC route, I would be sure and confirm 30's would be good. They might be maxed out with a SC.

yes striker, Ford and Dodge used the same fuel injector harnesses... but like six five said, you need to have the engine tuner guy help you address which fuel injectors you are going to want to run.
