Default Is My Truck Lifted?

I just purchased this baby over the weekend and I'm pretty new to the Dodge Pickup line of trucks.

Is this Ram lifted? It seems a bit higher then the other Dodge trucks around me (except for the obviously lifted ones).

Not sure if the pics I took are relevant but I see others who ask the same question people ask for suspension pics.

Also, I want to put a front hitch on this thing so I can put on a hitch mountable winch so I can use it in the front and back of the truck, is there anything I need to know about my bumper that would prevent me from having Uhaul install a front mount hitch?

It appears to me that the rear has a suspension lift. It has blocks between the axle and leaf springs. Also it looks like load leveling air bags are installed above the leaf springs. The pictures you showed of the front suspension appear stock, but I'd bet from it's stance there is a coil spacer at the top of the springs...

Thanks for the info, I did some googling around about these load leveling air bags and I just wanted to know if there is anything specifically I need to do to take care of them? I see that some let you apply you own air pressure, is this something I should check every so often?

Is there a way I can tell if / when they need to be replaced? Also I assume they can be replaced with other air bags or with shocks (these take the place of shocks right?) sorry for all the n00b questions..

I am no expert on them, but I don't believe they replace any stock suspension part, and are just an addition. I believe their purpose is that when you have heavy load you can fill them with air and keep the sag out of the back of the truck. I'd think there should be an air fitting leading to them that you could fill/empty as needed. Some people mount electric air compressors on the truck to make it as easy as flipping a switch to change the psi in the air bags. I don't believe there's anything special needed to maintain them or anything, although I'm sure in some time they dry rot and begin to leak...

Default Air Bags

So now that we have identified that I have air bags, can someone tell me what this is on the inside truck bed. My friend was thinking they are somehow related to the air bags but wasn't sure if there was something missing or if he was wrong all together.

Below are two pictures of what appear to be some type of nozzle.

Where is that on the bed. Looks like some sort of electrical plug to me...?

So oddly enough its opposite the fuel door so on the outside of the truck is the fuel door and then on the inside bed is this thing.

Up close it looks like these are 6 nozzles which could have a small hose attached to each nozzle.

They look like electrical connector pins to me. There's probably wires on the other side if you look up from under the bed...
