Kyle, where do I connect or tap the power source? I got all wire soldered and when I connect the module, there's no power. Thanks

I usually get it from the TIPM. A little add-a-circuit adapter for mini-fuses works well.

Not sure where to get it inside the cabin. Maybe someone else could chime in to answer that.

Make sure you connect wire 7 (brown) from the blue 14 pin harness to +12v.
The other manual doesn't show this wire.

So, brown and red goes of the 14pin goes to the +12v

Yep, that's right. And black is ground.

Finally, all The +12v (brown and red on the 14pin harness) I soldered to pin#1 on the ignition connector (Pink/red not 100% sure). Black wire on the ground. Sorry this is my fist time tinkering with the electrical. Tomorrow I'll hook up the hood pin and safety switch.

A shout out to Kyle for making this tutorial. It real feels good to DIY.

Ordered the T Harness and DBALL this morning. Should be here within a week. I'm excited for this. Although it's not cold right now, I might use it for the AC. But for now I will just annoy my wife that my truck has it and her Nissan doesn't.

Just waiting on the wiring harness to get mine put in...should be here tomorrow. One question I have is does the unit have a preset run time or will it run until you either: hit the brake, shut it down with the FOB, or it's sucking fumes from the tank?? Shouldn't be a big deal, but I can just see one of my kids getting ahold of my keys and me being in for a big surprise when I go to start the truck the next morning!!

I'm pretty sure it is 10 minutes, maybe 15. I forgot and left mine running the other day and it shut itself off.
