All winter here I was getting about 16 MPG, (13.5 +/- for our US friends). Mostly city driving. Can't really complain.....she's a big beast.

Default Mpg

My first fillup(refill) averaged at 15.8! After my 2nd which I had a few more heavier foot moments, it still was 15.0! This was essentially around town and some rural driving. I am happy with that!

Let me ask a question, are you the first one away from a stop light? When on the highway do many people pass you? How far from a stop sign do you start slowing down?

I am willing to bet if you are one of the first away from a stop light and not many pass you and you only hit your brakes at the last minute that you would get better mileage by lightening up the right foot and using the left foot a little more. Almost forgot, don't drive 70 just because that is the limit, my Ram gets 22 when running 60 - 65 mph and 18 at 70. My Super Bee will get 23 at 65 mph and 17 running 80'ish. In my case I could care less about the cost of gas, if I wanted great gas mileage I would not have purchased hemi's.

I just bought my 2012 Hemi 4x4 on friday because of the fuel issue, my previous truck, A 2007 Tundra crew max 4x4, level kit 20" rims 35" tires, got 14 on the highway, and 9-10 in town, most of my drivivng is highway but could never get better than 12.7average. now the new one has 300 miles, im getting an awsome 15.7 average, and about 20 highway at 72 mph, i also made sure i got the 3:55 rear end, the most i pull is a 2800 lb bass boat. no need for the 4:11 rear end the tundra had. hopefully this keeps up or gets better. so far i am glad i went this way, i have friends that have the new ford with the eco boost, and they like it, but im not ready for a new generation motor, they are all getting about the same milage as the dodgeso i stuck with the v8 just to be sure i can do what i need to.

Your next fill up or the one after that, will be with Summer Blend gasoline if you fill up at one of the busier stations.
On May 1st only Summer Blend can be put in the gas stations tanks, until around October
