Default opinions on best tuner?

I just ordered a Diablo DCX And it should be here today.
Trying to figure out who works the best magic with these trucks.
My truck is a 14 crewcab 4x4 with the 3:21 open diff..
I have a S&B CAI on it now and wondering what mods and who to have do a custom tune to put the truck in the 13's?

Thanks for any help and input.
Bill

TDP in Steuben, Maine 207-546-2805. Mustang Dyno tuner, tunes with "hemifever". He has built some of the fastest hemis on the east coast. Tim Bybee, $50/hr. Supercharges, turbos, nitrous, etc. Tim knows his $hit. Tim built a Chrysler 300 SRT8 that ran 10 seconds before Diablo even made a tuner for it! If you search for 10.58 sec Dodge Magnum,on youtube, you can see one of the hemis that he built.

Thanks for the reply and info..
awesome I'll have to touch base with him soon after the holidays.
I installed the 91 octane Diablo can tune Yesterday. Disabled the MDS and moved the speed limiter to 155mph.
I hated that the truck would shut down at 105mph.
so after I put the tune in I took the truck down the Turnpike spur and sure enough she doesn't shut down at 105 anymore. I let off as soon as it reached 111 mph, due to it being raining out and the outside temp was only at 34 degrees. Didn't want to take any chance of hitting any black ice at that speed. Lol
I just lowered the truck Christmas eve with the Ground force 2/3 kit and ordered the Mufflex DODM80 muffler delete about a half hour ago.
I think this truck is going to be fun...
I am looking forward to adding more and more mods...
Thanks again for the info,
Bill

Tell me about the ground force install, this is one of my next mods. Any info or advice would be great.

I bought it used on this forum. I received the kit with the front springs already loaded on his factory struts. The forum member ended up lifting his truck so I got a really sweet deal for this kit. Install was pretty easy, remove rear shocks, rear springs, cut rear bump stops down half way.then install the Ground Force rear springs and shocks.
The front was easier for me because he gave me his factory struts already loaded with the ground force springs. So just removed my factory struts and springs leaving them loaded and installed the new ones. I didn't need to get a spring compressor as I left my stock ones together and just used his.
I haven't had the time to get a alignment yet but hopefully this week..I'm very happy with the way it came out.
