You may want to check the recent postings on DT,
specifically the JBA one in the 4G performance section.

the BBK header flanges dont match the exhaust ports on the 4G Hemi heads
D shape exhaust port vs O shaped opening in the BBK flange and BBK are now aware it is an issue, and are looking into it.

Some orders are being cancelled and switching to JBA's
This X2.
After a little heated convo going back and forth about this with Mike lol, but no hard feelings. BBK was called today and was informed about this issue. So Im sending my BBKs back and have already ordered a set of JBAs and those are on the way and will be installed next week!

Im glad I went ahead and order these BBKs and posted pics of them.. Now we got the info out there about them and their ports. So hopefully everything gets squared away!

I just might. The rear definitely needs to come down as it sits 1.75" higher than the front. I'm going to see if it settles at all, and start by cutting a coil out of the rear. One thing I never saw an answer to was whether the stock alignment could still be achieved after cutting the front coils and running a drop spindle.

Yes you can. I was able too. I'll post my alignment specs tomorrow.

I'm glad I found this thread because I was considering the BBK's. But now I realized they are 2wd only and also that the the ports were not changed to match 4th gen. That sealed the deal for the JBA's, just ordered those tonight. But the one thing that I did notice was that BBK's install instructions on their site were better than JBA's. I guess for others looking at this thread are the BBK's currently unuseable until the ports are matched?

oops, i missed the other thread. The BBK's with round ports will if sealed properly not offer much improvement and potentially false knock which is no good.
