It pretty much feels like the stock truck did, like a stiff 2500. No sagging after about 7k miles. All the parts seemed good, although one of the bolts was too short for my taste, and the instructions could have been a little better for removing the passenger side upper control arm (cut off the extra thread with a sawzall before loosening it, then you can barely get it out) and the e-brake extension. Since the truck was new, I wanted something I could easily reverse if I needed to for warranty issues, and I really don't take it offroad or do any rockcrawling. I race motorcycles and find myself in muddy fields at times having to tow out a toyhauler and some occasional sand. I've been very happy with it, other than I really wish I'd have gone with 37" tires. Since I pull a Toyhauler, I decided to go with 35", but as soon as these start looking tired, I'll probably pop for some 37/13.5 Toyos on some new wheels and 4.56 gearing. I just couldn't spend the extra cash at the time after pooping for truck, the lift, the Detroit Truetrac for the front diff, tires and fender flares. It's taller than it really looks like in the pics. When I take the bikes, or my bicycles, without the trailer, loading is a little tougher. Heres the thread on my build.

I'll get my Power Wagon back tomorrow. I went with the Rancho 4" kit,Dual Stabilizers, and 35" Cooper STT's. I was going with 37's,but decided to save some cash and just do 35's now.

I will post some pics when I get it back.

Thanks for the info and review Raynval. My lift hasn't arrived yet but hopefully it'll arrive and be installed next week. I can hardly wait. I ordered 37's, but selection of 37 inch all terrians for 20's is pretty limited. I went with a 20x9 inch wheel with 4.5 inches of backspacing and 355/60-20 (37x14.00) Nitto Terra Grapplers. I'm hoping I can squeeze them on with minor trimming since I went with 9 inch wide wheels. RC recommends a 37x12.50 and companies are usually conservative with their recommendations.

Here are some pics of my '12 Power Wagon before/after the lift. I used the Rancho 4" kit,and should've went with the 37"s,but opt'd to be safe and use 35"s Cooper STT's.
The kit turned out to be a major pain in the butt, and things had to be modified/or will need to be modified before the truck can see any offroad duties.
Nothing too major, but the rear crossmember that supports the skid plate's will have to have the center section cut out and then install a driveshaft loop to connect it back together.Right now the driveshaft sets with about 1/2-3/4" above the crossmember.
I also have to get the drivers side exhaust changed so the front driveshaft will clear it when the front axle articulates offroading, but I knew about that problem going into this.

Rancho also needs to include the correct rear blocks with their kits.Their website says it's a 2.5" lift for the rear of the Power Wagon since it already sets higher than a standard 2500,but the kit came with 4" blocks.
Now the rear of the truck is 2.5" taller than the front,so we will be changing that next week hopefully.

I'm happy with the way the truck drives/rides,it's just a little more firm than the stock ride.

Great looking Power Wagon! I also debated between 35's and 37's. But I decided to take the advise I've given a lot of other people over the years. That is when trying to decide on tire size, wheel size, lift height, etc., always go with the larger size because if you don't, you'll usually regret it shortly.
