Default Speaker Upgrade Plan

Hi everyone.

Have a 2011 Ram Outdoorsman CC w/Standard System and Touch Media HU. Am planning the following speaker upgrades:

Front Dash: Polk Audio DB351
Front Door: CDT Audio CL 69SUB CF
Rear Door: Polk Audio DB691

Now I have a few questions.

1) Does anyone know the stock power output to the front and rear doors on the non-premium system?
2) I believe the front doors have a hp filter in them, is that the case? If so are the rear doors filtered at all? And does anyone know the crossover point?

The reason I ask is because I'm trying to decide whether to put the 69sub in the front or rear. If the fronts are hp filtered I'll probably put them in the front as two ways won't gain me much output and would lower the sound imaging. I don't, however, want to replace the rears with two ways and have it ruin the imaging by drawing the sound rearwords.

So those in the know what do you say?

Yay for all the responses

I changed direction and ordered the Kicker KS35's for the dash for now. Will add the KS690's later.

Someone answer this for me though:

I have a wire connector unconnected in the rear passenger compartment. Is this for a stock subwoofer that I don't have? If so is it live? Does anyone know?

Please Help!!!

that wire is for the factory sub. there should be four individual wires though with one connector. just pulled my factory sub outta there. Decent sound but no punch had to go!

So if the connector is there, is it live? I don't have the Alpine system in my truck so am under the impression the subwoofer connector is not live. I might be just fine with a little more low end and should be able to find a stock subwoofer somewhere if it would work when plugged in.
