Question Underdash wireing harness

I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4. When the tilt steering wheel is moved up and down, I get problems with airconditioner, passenger door windows, etc. Has anybody replaced the wireing harness under the dash? and if so, is it difficult? Also Where can I get a new harness without having to cut off my arm?

Thanks

If you have a couple frayed wires you could probably repair them pretty easy with heat shrink connectors. That's what I'd do rather than spend a lot of time and money on a whole harness.
