Well, sure, there have been some Macs sold.

But relative to the PC world, Macs are obscure. Kind of like the Nash Rambler compared to a Chevy Nova. Nashes were out there, and they are fine cars, but the user base was smallish.

Macs are not "better" than PCs. They are just globs of plastic, silicon and metal, and some small amounts of precious metals built into computers, just like PCs.

The "people" writing viruses and trojans etc are in it for the sheer numbers and for causing as much hassle for folks as possible. That is their goal.

The numbers of PCs out there makes it much more "profitable" than trying to attack Macs would be. The userbase is terribly small when looking at the number of people depending on PCs. That means much faster proliferation of virus and trojan programs, and faster profit for the creeps.

Well, now that Macs have become more popular and the PC world is much more proteced" today than ever (and their users much more cautious), the Macs are looking like a great way to accomplish something for the virus folks. The "Macs dont get viruses" attitude of many users makes it even more fertile ground.

If its got a chip in it, hackers and virus creeps will eventually mess with it...no one is immune.

All very true, I just hope it doesn't happen to me. haha now you have me worried

Turns out that it doesnt affect the installation much....and cant seem to tell once its in place....but for the kind of money they get for these things, they should be PERFECT....

Still, really love the results and used it to go fishing this evening....
I second this. Bak makes a great folding tonneau cover. The F1 is their best cover but if you're looking to save money, the BakFlip G2 has the same features beside the weight capacity. I'm not sure if there is anything cheaper. You can go with a soft folding but it's probably going to leak and is easier to break into.

Now that we're off the lame MAC/PC detour...

'you can go with a soft folding but it's probably going to leak..'

My TonnoPro has absolutely no leaks... the only water that got into my bed came around the huge gaps in the tailgate during a monsoon rain we had last week.

I just had the one Mopar offers installed on my truck. Got it with some gift money I saved up. It appears to be a good quality cover, but will not know how it does until some time goes by.

Will be looking on this site for some use and care instructions since I have only worked on hard covers.

I had a Truxedo Low Pro QT on my 2003 and I just picked up an Access Lorado for my 2012. Very happy with both of them! They are very close to the same design and quality. I preffer the Lorado's design for the latch and tie downs for when its rolled up. Both are very nice, premium quality soft, roll up covers.

I dont mind at all. I paid 480$ from a performance shop, i am sure you can get it much cheaper in the states from one of the many auto parts stores and e-stores.

I love the fact that I can remove the entire thing in les than 1 minute and re-install is as much time. Makes for lugging around atv's and dirtbikes a breeze!
