Default 2001 5.9 oil pressure issue

I hava a 2001 dodge 2500. The oil pressure guage is not reading anything. I replaced the sending unit and have the same problem. What is my next step in determining if it is a bad pump, guage etc.

Thank you,

pick up a oil pressure gauge & connect it to the 1/8" npt port were I have my Bypass filter line connected right next to the turbo oil feed line if it has oil pressure your gauge is bad on the dash if no oil pressure with the gauge you hooked up you need to check the oil pick-up tube in the oil pan and the Gear driven oil pump behind the crank case cover on the front of the motor.
