Default 03 bed and dash

I have a couple of beauty issues with my truck, first of which is killing me. The bed has some hole through rust due to living in north dakota minnesota area. Area was salted often. Despite my best efforts to keep it rust free, it is showing some hole through on both rear fenders directly atop the well. This is a closed in area from inner to outer fender. I was informed that best deal would be to find another bed and have it resprayed the same color as the truck. Does anyone know where I can find another bed? Anywhere within a few hundred miles is good for me. I just dont want to spend 2000 to get a bed and 600 to paint match. Too much for a truck of its year.
Also the dash is cracking (I'm sure many of you are running into this issue) next to the center defroster vent. Not sure where to find or how to replace this either. HELP!?!?!?

I would check with a body shop and see what kind of price they give you on repairing the damage to your bed before you run out and buy another. Also, if you do end up buying another bed, I would think you could get one for quite a bit less than two grand....at least around here you could anyway.

As for the dash, your options are kind've limited. You can replace the dash which will be fairly expensive and a royal pain in the @$$. Or you can throw one of those cheesy carpeted covers over it....I think I would rather live with the crack. Or, the option that I think is best, you can buy an ABS plastic cover/overlay that will glue down over your factory dash. I don't remember the website off the top of my head but if you google enough I'm sure you will find a few different companies. The overlays are supposed to be extremely easy to install, guaranteed against fading or cracking, and the pics of the one I saw a while back looked nearly factory. It would be hard to tell that it is an overlay if you didn't know. You could even order the two pieces separately if desired but best I remember both of them together from the site I was looking at was nearly $300....not too bad considering your other options.
