Really wasn't that much work at all. Took about 2 hours total. I use this truck everyday for work and didn't want that glass smell that seems to last for weeks. I also dont think I would have benefitted from glass at all.
I am very happy with the results, box sounds perfect after I put some scrap carpet in it. It was a little large for my taste, wanted tighter bass.

Nice work... I like it ... U like me a self innovator.......lol.... Worst case scenario is you can stuff ha opening with a sealer or rag or dynamatt .... Make it completely sealed... Hell... I getting some big cardboard and drawing out he shape... Then I'll get some mdf....
