Default Ting sound when driving

I have an 06 1500 and for the last few months i have heard a tinging sound from passenager rear end. Ive taking to one place they told me i needed a new belt and i laughed at them. Ive taken to a new place last week and he said that a brake line is bent and it might be causing the parking brake to rub. The sound is only while in motion. I started hearing it after i replaced the shocks... I was thinking it could be shocks are bad, bushings, body mounts, wheel baring, If anyone can help it would be awesome.

If the noise started after you repalced the shocks then that's where I would start first. Can you bounce the truck and get the noise to be heard, get a friend to bounce it for you while you crawl underneath and check it out. Check to make sure you have all the shock mounting hardware tightend properly, a loose shock will make noise. There is always the possibility the brand new shock is bad, it wouldn't be the first time that has happend....
