Default Why so Many People Leave These Forums

I have a 1969 429 Mustang With Toploader 4 speed
I also Have a 1968 Camaro with 302 and 4 Speed
When I go on the Mustang forum, My Camaro is a POS.
When I go on the Camaro forum, my Mustang is a POS.

Now on this forum in another note, there is argument about moving hot air through a radiator in one form or another. It's like other forums where they argue about the size of their belt buckle or hood ornament. People get fed up with this crap. And some wonder why noobies post a few notes and then never to be heard from again?
Posting notes and replies on these forums should be fun where we can learn from each other. It should not be a battleground of one upmanship. Please... give us a break!

When someone gets snippy, others tend to get even more so.
Only take one to start it.

Oh, BTW, you don;t have a 1960's AMC, so both of those cars are junk.

FWIW, that was intended as humor.
You know, AMC...I mean, come one...AMC?

This site is pre school versus some of the other sites that I have been on. People are just big E Warriors and that is with any site you are on. I would say 95% of the forums out there no matter what they are, Bmw, Ford, LS1, etc they are full of people like that. This site is actually really calm and easy going from what I have seen.

Definitely....Compared to other forums I used to frequent this one is generally pretty helpful and the hate doesn't get too out of control.

I don't see too much ford vs. chevy vs. Dodge chat on here either.

I think most newbies come on here with a specific problem/question...It gets answered and they leave. Myself I enjoy helping people and learning, so I stay.

Regarding:
http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=212495

Yeah it got a little one on one personal but it didn't become a free for all and the moderator stepped in...a bit late maybe, but they did step in.

I love sarcasm! AMC? Well I do know a guy about a 100 miles from here that owns a showroom condition Rebel Machine. 401 and a 4 speed. He might have the only one left on the planet Earth. Problem is... he keeps it locked up and only puts on about 500 miles on it in the Summer. Cars are supposed to be driven! Not admired in a garage somewhere.

I've only been around for a couple of months, I have to agree this forum has been great compared to some I've been on

you have some people like this in every forum

but for the most part nearly everyone here has been awesome!

we rarely have any issue at the forum I am an admin at (First Generation Monte Carlo Club) but we are very small compared to this forum

There's a lot of different experiences, opinions and some believe that their right no matter what on any forums. Some are worse then others, some have stricter rules then others and some just take things waaay to seriously.

I own two Avanti's one a 383 stroker SBC and T56 six speed. So both Chebby and Furd are a POS.

Now, What caused this outburst, This forum is pretty fair and balanced IMHO.
