Unless you're looking to purchase an expensive paperweight, save your money because they don't do anything for our style of intake manifold/fuel injection.

TB spacers are worthless.

Diablo and superchips are both good tuners, both have their advantages. Since you have a 2008 4.7L, I'd highly recommend a superchips flashpaq, it adds the most power. IIRC the 93 tune adds 60+hp and 67lbft of torque (max gains).

I agree with snusrak, i put a superchip flashpaq in my 08 ram and on 87 tune i noticed a diffrence, but now i run it on 91 tune and she has power now holy. best investment ive made in the truck, to me it seemed like to computer took a couple days to register the information and kept getting faster, i even disconnected my neg battery terminal to delete some computer history but dont know how much that did.

I have the 130$ TB spacer PowerAid. It gives your intake a wicked sound when on throttle(that's probably all it does). Sounds like a turbo. And it's loud from the outside. I like it. I have it combined with a AirAid CAI.

Also go with superchips for the programmer. I have experience with both. Superchips is the way to go
