The TLC is a great unit, but as Arth said.....its a bit too much for a person who doesnt tow much or hauls anything heavy in the bed.
Amazing for those who tow daily.

true, I just don't want to change my ride comfortableness, I might go with air lift and get a wireless dual pump unit, maybe arths coils, just don't want it to affect the ride. Will wait to see what the Winner of the month has to say about them LOL

I personally went with TufTruck rear coils that claim they add 25% capacity while maintaining the stock ride. I got a set for $160 shipped to my door...a fraction of the cost of TLC.

I think tougher coil springs would be the more effective answer for people who put moderate loads in their bed or trailers.

I had the TLC on my truck to start with then went with the TufTruck 50% capacity rear coils on my truck and love the things to death. I do a lot of towing every day. I have a 24' x 8.5' enclosed trailer that I fill with up to 6000lbs of bread. It handles like a dream with a full load. It brings the rear of the truck just enough to level it with the front.

If you are looking into getting the TLC I have mine for sale with wireless pump for $450 shipped to your door.

Mkay got the springs installed. Pics on the mod thread here ina few.

Didn't notice any change in the ride on the way home...will have a better idea in a few days. One thing I did notice is I have the full rake back now. Before the truck was sagging just a bit under the weight of the bed cover... not anymore!

Seems so, but I got time to look into this and see what will be the best for me, looking forward to Arth's review of his new coils

The TLC worked really well with a full loaded trail for me. Keep the trailer and truck level and help out a lot with the swaying. (Made my truck feel like I had a nice big sway bar on it) As I would empty the trailer throughout the day I would have to let air out. Then in the morning of the next day I would have to fill it back up. Doing this 5 days a week was getting kind of annoying.

I don’t know if anyone other than myself had this problem but when I had no air in the springs it made for a harsh ride when hitting bigger bumps/pot holes, as the springs replace the bump stop make it so the springs acted like the bump stop itself. If that makes any sense.

Did you reach out to TLC for this issue?
