Default Good dealership in KC area for service?

Can anyone recommend a good dealership for service here in the KC areas. Was going to the one in Independence, But really getting to dislike them.

Ive been taking my trucks to overland park dodge for the last 2-3 years. They seem to be a pretty good group there and have always overlooked any problem that my lift or wheels might of caused.

Stay away from olathe dodge, I had several problems with them over a 2 year span.

Yeah I went to OP Dodge to have my Paint protection updated, Really just the free Detail, and they seemed pretty good. I think I may go back next time I need service. Was also thinking about trying Gladstone Dodge. But for now Ill stick with OP. Thanks.

Only problem I ran into with them, Is while I was waiting they had a Sweet 2014 Sport for sale, And it was a rocking price they were asking. Literally could have traded my 2012 and walked out with only $8K in debt. I was soo close to doing it.

Placed my 2015 order with New Century Dodge in Payola, KS. As for service only had oil changes done on my 12 Grand Cherokee but so far so good. Talk to Adam in sales - very knowledgeable about Ram products.

I have been to Olathe and bought a charger. Found that the service was not great and customer service only applies when the sale is needed. Went to State Line Dodge and bought my Ram Express. found the service rep was from Olathe Dodge. Tried to work with them but after I told them about the service rep he seemed to be the only one working when I took the truck or car in for service the next 2 times. He had not changed and I figured my opinion did not matter to them. Then I went to talk to Overland Park. Found everyone very up front and seemed honest. Ended up changing the truck from a lease to purchase through them after they talked and told me how the program State line had set up for me was going to cost me a bundle later on. I am happy so far with them and will take my vehicles there for service when needed.

I've been taking my Viper to Olathe Dodge for the past 3 years and had no problems at all.

I had a problem years ago there with my Ram SRT-10, but it wasn't their fault - parts were on national backorder with no ETA. Even though my Ram SRT-10 was still covered by the original 3/36, Chrysler and the dealer told me there were no parts (steering shaft and front suspension) for the repair and they didn't know if they'd ever get the parts. Chrysler refused to honor their warranty and suggested that I get it towed home. I refused to pick up the truck and they eventually found parts after a few months. I traded it in on a new Z06 as soon as it was fixed.
