Default 01 Ram 1500 not shifting

I installed a K and N air intake on my truck today. When i go WOT its doesn't shift, it just keeps going into 5500 RPM and bounces of the rev limiter. Under normal driving it shifts fine. I also had to take off a throttle body spacer a previous owner put on to make the intake fit. Does my computer just need reset? any help is appreciated.

It's possible that during the installing of the air intake kit that you might of knocked the throttle valve cable out of position which will change the shift points. But to eliminate the ECM yea try unplugging the battery for say 15 minutes to clear the ECM. Then drive for a while try different speeds so the ECM can relearn the throttle positions and anything else it's going to need to know. Then see if it does WOT shifts if not I'm sure you just hit that TV cable throwing it off, happens.
