I drive 2 hours to this dealer and have purchased numerous vehicles with deals my local dealers can't touch. They are top 5 in the country.
THAT! Is EXACTLY where I got my Ram from! THEY ARE REALLY GREAT! Did not know they were top 5! That is really cool! I will add, that they have earned my business before I had even touched the truck for the first time. IDC if 5000 miles down the road my engine blows in a brand new truck, I will still go back to them for a new one. Just because they were awesome at sticking around there for HOURS with me to purchase my new truck. They were the ONLY ones to look at me like I was a buyer compared to an 18 year old kid. Left 2 other dodge dealerships and almost bought a Ford until I arrived at Spring. They didn't even ask If I was there to purchase. NOT until I told them 3 hours and 14 different trucks later I'll take it. Grabbed a 38,380 MSRP Hemi for 26,250+TTL. Cut me a HELL of a deal.

On a 60K truck, a GOOD price would be about invoice MINUS about $1500, MINUS rebates. The expensive 2500s have about 1600-1800 in holdback. The dealer can still make their money off of their volume objectives. You can look at websites like truecar.com to find invoice amounts. Good luck with your purchase, I know you'll love it!

Can't stress this enough. Never pay sticker for your new Ram, especially those ubiquitous misc. prep fees that are tacked on. Do the research ahead of time. Even ordering up your new 2500HD can sometimes even be less than a loaded 1500. Your not stealing food out of their kids mouths!

OK guys my decision is down to two trucks:

Sierra Denali 4X4 Z71 Diesel with nav and all the bells and whistles. Gray with a black interior Dealer wants 55.5 K for her msrp is $62,500

Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn Cummins Diesel with nav , sunroof, sprayed bed etc. Gray With orange interior. Dealer wants 51k and msrp is $60,900

Please help!!! Whats your take on the sierra compared to the ram is the 4.5k more worth it? It did feel like it had more power but i still liked the rams interior and overall space inside the cabin more.

That's a good idea.

Only thing better is if you can wait until August and get a left over.

I doubt that waiting for Memorial day will help. Dodge has already boosted their incentives for Memorial day for the entire month of May (at least here in California). Another big consideration is the use of Urea (Diesel Exhaust Fluid). Ford and Chevy need it, ours don't. That can save you about $3K over 5 years (or so I've heard)

Oh, and how can you compare the Cummins to anything else? By far the most reliable diesel on the market!
