Default Question about 2011 Big Horn

Trying to squeez a little more power out of my HEMI, short of a tuner, because they can't seem to crack the ECU. Already have a Magnaflow 22'' catback, and an Airraid CAI. Any other mods to squeez some more power out of the HEMI? Any feedback would be great. Thanks guys.

I'll be loking at 4.10 gears out back, then a 2600-2800 stall after that. If you haven't done so already, I would have the factory Y-Pipe replaced with a Magnaflow Y. Maybe some shorty headers as well.
