Default Coolant leak

Hey guys, so my brother has a 2004 5.9l Cummins 3500. When he got back from a few errands we noticed he was losing coolant really fast. After further inspection we noticed its coming from under the pulley in the picture with the arrows...

His truck never over heated on the way home but he has lost most of his coolant. We are either thinking something is cracked or there is a bad seal somewhere... if its cracked do you think we could jb-weld it back up? or do we need to completely replace that pulley assembly (I think its the coolant pump?). Anyways any thoughts you guys have or info on this would be great! and if we have to replace it, can we do it here at the house or do we need to take it in somewhere?

Thanks!

Is that pulley the water pump on the 5.9L? Because that would make sense. His water pump has already gone out before and been replaced... maybe it was a cheap part when they put it in or something??

Got It figured out. Water pump was bad! Got it off and getting a new one. Does anyone have the schematics for how the serpentine belt goes back on... we kinda just tore into it and didn't pay much attention to that
