Default Mufflers

My apologies for not using the search function, but I wanted my own, personal responses from y'all instead of reading a post from someone else.

So I have a 2009 1500 CC Hemi. I am wanting to add some depth.... a real throaty rumble, and loud, but not illegal loud. Of course, I also have to get the wives approval for budget.

I talked to a muffler guy here and he said for 180-200 he could put Flowmaster 40 series on it. What do y'all think? I don't have much experience in this field, so any and all information would be much appreciated.

Thanks....

I put on a flowmaster super 40 and I love it. Nice deep rumble and was about 300 installed, so 200 is a good deal to me

I had flowmasters before on my 03 and 06.I got tired of the same ole thing. So for my 11 i ordered the 14" magnaflow muffler 3"single inlet and 2.5" dual outlets for 75$ on ebay and the muffler shop charged me 50$.It sounds so much better than the flows did and i left the resonators on and may take them off later, but it sounds great as is.Part#12198 on the muffler.
