UPDATE: I got my truck back and they say it is fixed because they had a Service Advisor take it home with access to the Service tech over the weekend and he had no trouble with it. They should know, I would hope, since they put 159 miles on it. (see mileage and MO under comments) I understand it needs to be driven to diagnose, but man. So they replaced some trans sensor or relay I guess. When i picked it up they wanted me toi take it without any paperwork since they say it is still an open case, but I needed something on paper showing what they did before I rolled out, due to fact that if it is not fixed it will be going Lemon Law route. That requires a certified letter to regional office giving them "last Opportunity to Repair". So, they understood and gave me some paperwork. Here is a copy of what I got. Some writing of the Service Tech info/correspondence between my Tech and the Chrysler Tech. Lemme know if you can decipher it.

Just hope it is fixed. Better have come back with a full tank of gas too. 159 miles for a starting problem? Sounds like he ran some errands. Start problem would have mean't to me start it up if it works kill it and wait to do it again.

From what warlock said it should be fixed and I honestly hope it is. Good luck to you.

Are you kidding me ???? that's what they gave you for documentation ??? I've never seen a dealer do something like that in my life , pitiful and pathetic , I'd be disgraced to send a customer out the door with something like that , especially one that has put up with so much bull already !!!!!

Looks to me like they dipped a birdie's feet in ink and let him hop around on the paper.

I gotta tell ya they did give me the invoices as well but i could not get them to upload. It says error, it is over my limit or something. I thought I would be able to add them too. I may be doing something wrong when I post picks. It is always an attatchment and I guess I need to use photobucket or something and start putting in a link. If anyone knows how to increase my attatchment limit stored please advise me. Thanks.
