Default Airraid CAI and TB Spacer

SO just got these installed yesterday, and the only thing I have to say is WOW!!!!!!!!!! The truck roars now! I have a superchips flashpaq and also put it on 93 tune and cant even control the truck.

It was a Airraid MXP Series, their most expensive one for the 4.7 but i believe it was well worth it!

The Tb spacer I have no idea if it did anything because with all the bigger upgrades I did at the same time, it whistles like crazy, some love it some hate it so your call but I love the sound! Turns heads.

(NOTE): I have the 2008 4.7L which is a totally new engine from the 2002-2007 so dont quote me if you have the the older one, will definatly help the power but dont know how it will compare

AutoAnything and I believe 110$, the sound is sweet at times and sometimes drives me off the wall. Its way quieter in my buddies 08 hemi, but in my 08 4.7 its a ear piercing whistle

my intake whistles really loud too and its not a full cai. do you also have the exhaust and or cats redone? if so perhaps that affects the "butt" dyno. i look forward to getting a flashpaq for my 04

yes i hear great things about the superchip. im betting even an aftermarket y pipe with maybe high flo cats would be a good upgrade without having to do a full header back exhaust. and i personaly would steer clear of the gibson shortie headers IMO. a lot noiser after install, i hear u can hear a lot more ticks an clicks

throttle body spacers make a good paper weight
if you wanted a whistle, you could have picked up a piece of pipe
squeezed one end almost all the way closed & drilled different size holes along the length, like a flute

or any intake that connects to the TB and eliminates the giant silencer will really affect tone at idle and WOT
