It just looked to me that the scratches are in the primer coat. I would use a touch up pen to hide it. Put a few coats of paint in the scratch to fill it, then see if you can get a clear on that small of an area, wetsand with 2000 grit and hit it with a cutting polish/pad combo, then work your way down to fine cut and polish pad to get rid of the marring. I did something similar to this, but the scratch was about 10" long and a second one below it was about 8" long. Couldn't even tell the scratch was there afterwards.
