now i have to take of the caliper all over and compress the stupid piston AGAIN

I'd definitely replace them, they are pretty twisted. And I don't think you'll have to compress the pistons, the only reason you have to do that with a pad change is because the new pads are thicker than the old ones. Since you are reusing the same pads this time(of same thickness) they should go right back on.

ok great, now my next problem is to figure out there there were 4 total, 2 on each side and only on the from pad(not the one on the piston) or 8 total, 2 on each front and back...i think there were only 4, but ill go to the dealer anyways...

yeah not sure. If you can't figure it out, check a service manual, or worst case ask someone on here to take there's apart and take pics.

'Brake Hardware Kit' - should be able to pick one up at any Advance Auto / Autozone / PepBoys / O'reily - whatever is near and dear.

Also usually good to replace your slide pins and boots while you are in there, but that might just be my preference.
