Default 2011 Ram Clicking noise Help!!

For the last few days i have noticed a clicking noise coming from the rear of the truck when i hit the brakes it seems to be louder, but it is still there when im driving down the road. The truck is brand new and only has 16,000 miles so i cant believe anything is worn already. Any suggestions would be great thanks

It is still under warranty, tell the Service Writer about it when you are there for servicing

also before you reach 36,000 miles or 3 years, which ever comes first, buy a extended warranty
i bought the Lifetime Max Care warranty, when i did it, what was remaining on my original warranty was pro rated & paid all but $1100 toward it

Depending on when your truck was produced it may need to have the rear axle ported to allow fluid to reach the hub bearings. Is it coming from one side or both? Have you checked your tires for debris/nails, etc? Have you checked the brake pads to make sure it isn't the wear indicator (possibly bent)?

I seem to be experiencing the same thing. I have a lift and gears, so at first I thought it was due to that, but I have torqued everything, and it stipp has a pop/click sometimes when braking.

This might sound basic, but have you checked the caliper mounting bolts? After my level, tires and wheels I had issues with my caliper mounting bolts backing out and allowing the caliper to move around. Threw some loctite quicktape on the bolts and it seemed to fix the issue.

I checked my caliper bolts. Still does it sometimes. Sometimes I wonder if it isn't the c-clip axle just making noise because of the play.
