Default We're buying a boat, weighs under 4K wet.

Hello,

My wife and I like dodge trucks, we've had a 99 5.2 and an 01 cummins. We've decided on a dodge and we have budgeted high teens.

So on to the question. I read that the 06 quad cab short bed gained 3 inches in the rear seat and lost 3 inches on the bed. This works great for us. But, I'm looking at an 07 long bed in an hour and can't find specs on the rear seats. Does the long bed also have 3 additional inches in the back seat?

Thanks,

Rick

To my knowledge, all quad cabs from 02-05 are Identical, in 2006 they got 3" more rear legroom, bed options stayed the same. Then in 2009, They gave us 2 options, either Crew cab with a 5'7" box or a Quad Cab with a 6'4" box (same as the 2006).

I find rear seats in my truck to be adequate, but I wouldnt want a large adult back there for longer than a couple hrs.
