I have a 01 with lightning injectors, pump, and a edge juice programer. I know the fuel system can handle twins and will need head studs, But what I don't know is what I should all do before I upgrade to twins. I've been told that I should send the head in to be checked for cracks and have it gone trough but I don't know if I really need to it just turned 100,000 miles and I am the only owner that has pulled trailers with it.
Should I have the head checked and gone through?

No you don't need any head work unless you have a blown head gasket just get some ARP head studs you will be fine.
