Default Can't figure out what is causing front end squealing

I have a 2007 Ram SLT model 2WD. Everything is stock.

For months there has been a lot of squealing when I stop...there's an even "deeper" sounding squeal on some occasions that makes me believe there's more to it than just brake noise.

I've done everything I can think of and the noise is still persistent, and lately you can even hear the squeal even when the brakes aren't being applied.

I've replaced both front wheel bearings in the past 6 months because they've both went bad. I installed new brake pads (the old ones still had plenty of life left though), installed new rotors, used brake cleaner on the components and used the anti-squeal spray on the pads.

The noise is still there and just as bad as ever. And yesterday after making a turn, I heard/felt a rubbing noise, like my tire was rubbing on something. Jacked it up, no evidence of rub anywhere. I can spin the passenger tire and it's silent, but spinning the driver side you can hear what sounds like the brake pad rubbing against the rotor, but only at a certain spot in the wheel's rotation. I know for sure I need a front end alignment because the front tires are worn on the outside noticeably more than the inside, but would that cause all the noise? If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated!

Generally, alignment doesn't cause noise. You will get a vibration at times, maybe some wandering and/or pulling while driving down the road. I have had quite a few occasions where a squealing noise turned out to be a rock caught behind the brake backing plate. Something to look for at least. Other than that, I would have said brakes, but it sounds like you've already dealt with that possibility. All I can say is check for rocks and debris and any parts that might be interfering with each other.
