Default Won't drive straight

I have a 2500 diesel that recently started swerving all over the road. The ball joints were worn so I had new put on, problem seemed worse. It will drive straight then randomly start moving like there is too much play in the steering. Tightened the stabilizer bar, problem got worse again. Any help would be appreciated.
