Default 01 Ram Quad Beam Headlight Question

Wanting to install HID's on my 01 Ram Off Road Edition.. Wondering how to get the Low beams and Fogs to stay on when I switch on the high beams.. anyone know how to do this?

There's a jumper wire needed somewhere .... hopefully someone will jump on this. If not ill dig in and find the answer. I have a friend back in WI that did it.

Might have made a mistake in what I am wanting.. I am on vacation so yall will have to bear with me... I believe the low beams are on with the high beams (possibly) but I know for a fact the fogs turn off when the high beams are switched on.... anyone know how to prevent that?
