Default Wanting more Mpgs!i

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi with a lift and i was wondring what i could do to get my mph up. Download sport tuner is on the list but is there anything i can do before that will help when i get the tuner? Such as what exhaust ,cold air?

remove the lift and put on stock size tires
That would net you more gain than anything else.
Otherwise make sure your tires are aired up to their max. It makes a big difference on my 33" tires from 35 psi to 50 psi

Yep, unfortunately you cant have a big truck with big tires and get good mileage. Do all the little stuff and keep your foot lite is about it

11.7 average right now and I drive about 15 miles a day going to work and around town. Which is better than expected at first. But it's completely stock besides the transmission has been re- geared for the tires.

That's what my stock 02 1500 4.7 gets, so I wouldn't say that that's very bad.
