Default 16.5" rim on 2006 2500

Hey guys just curious what has to be done to fit a 16.5" rim on my 2006 dodge 2500 4X4. Wanting to put on the military OZ tires I had on my 98 Chevy. I know they say 17 are the smallest that will fit.
