Default Newbie in need of help

Hey guys glad I found this forum looks like I'm gonna be learning alot about my Ram withall the knowledge on here. So my first question is I bought a cat back mopar exhaust to replace the stock one on my 2012 ram Sport 1500 with the 5.7 Hemi. So on the back of the truck on the bumper you have the half moon cutouts for the exhaust so the stock exhaust sat pretty close to the cutouts and looked uniform well now with the mopar exhaust the tips of the exhaust are no longer sitting tight to the cut outs the about 3 to 4 inches lower then the stock ones sat and I wasnt sure if this was normal or should i have the dodge dealer fix it. the hangers for it seem very tight so they are not loose with any play or anything. Thanks Guys

3-4 inches is a lot IMO. I would either have them adjust it or just go to a good muffler shop and have them adjust it. .....OR, get some nice fat tips that will fill it out better :0

I have never seen the Mopar exhaust, but how do the pipes bolt together under the bed? Are they multi piece? I had this same problem with my corsa and the remedy is to rotate the pipes around until they twist up to where you are happy with them. It takes two people but you can do it yourself in ~20 minutes in your driveway.

If they are one piece or dont have wiggle room take it to an exhaust shop. A dealership will charge you our the ass to fix it unless they installed it (which im assuming they didnt)
