The plot thickens......

I just noticed that summit's website has the incorrect reach for the OEM intake side plugs for the 4.7L. They list 19mm (~0.75") where Bosch lists ~1.04".

...and keeps on thickening...

Just emailed armyofone since I know he's changed his intake side plugs on his 4.7L. He says the intake side plugs had only one ground electrode. So I don't know why Bosch lists their own plug as having dual ground electrodes if it actually only has one.

Sticking with Bosch:

Exhaust:
I'd go with the Iridium

Intake:
I'd go with the Super Plus(which is a yttrium enhanced copper) or the Iridium. Performance should be roughly equal but the Super Plus will probably only last 30-50k miles instead of 75-100k like the Iridium

I'm still looking to figure out what part numbers, but the OEM heat range(Bosch) is 8, so if going with bosch you want to go with a 7 or maybe even 6 for nitrous to get to a colder heat range.

I'll look at NGK's next...

NGK's website sucks, it's going to be hard for me to come to a decision on an NGK plug since they basically post no info about their plugs(seems like it's all marketing). I'd probably go with the Iridium IX plug for at least the exhaust side though. NGK's equivalent stock heat range for the 4.7 is 5, so to get one heat range colder you'd want a 6.

For the intake side with NGK it's even harder for me to decide but I'd either go with the same Iridium IX or one of their Standard copper plugs(won't last a long time).

I think I'm about done researching this for tonight lol. IMO, at least from the info I found online, I'd stick with the Bosch brand, the plugs available are very close to identical to the OEM type plugs.
